Refund policy

SHIPPING

Most orders placed before 3:00 PM MST Monday through Thursday ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST Thursday typically ship the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing.

Small Parts & Accessories

Items that qualify for standard ground shipping will display shipping costs at checkout. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3-7 business days.

Large Orders & Equipment

Large orders and equipment ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted on the item listing. A Landscapers Direct representative may contact you after purchase to coordinate delivery details and scheduling. Freight shipments require a signature and someone present to receive the delivery.

PACKING & HANDLING

We take care to ensure your equipment and parts arrive safely. Small parts ship in appropriate packaging with protective materials. Equipment ships palletized, created, or secured according to manufacturer specifications. Items are inspected before shipping to verify completeness and condition.

DELIVERY & INSPECTION

For Freight Shipments

Inspect all deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage to packaging or equipment on the carrier's delivery receipt. If damage is discovered, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. Signing without noting damage may limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.

RETURNS

Landscapers Direct stands behind the products we sell. Please contact us before initiating any return so we can provide instructions and authorize the return.

Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Equipment must not have been fueled, operated, or modified.

Our Error or Defective Product

If we made an error or shipped a defective item, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

Change of Mind or Ordering Error

If you ordered the wrong item or are otherwise unsatisfied, contact us to discuss options. Authorized returns under these circumstances are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are not refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical components, special-order items, and cut-to-length materials cannot be returned unless defective.

WARRANTY

Manufacturer warranties are separate from our return policy. If you experience a product defect after 30 days, contact us and we will help coordinate warranty service through the manufacturer.
