SHIPPING
Most in-stock parts ordered before 4pm EST ship same business day. Equipment, freight, special-order items, and dealer-territory restricted products may require additional coordination.
Small Parts & Accessories
Items that qualify for standard ground shipping will display shipping costs at checkout. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3-7 business days.
Large Orders & Equipment
Large orders and equipment ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted on the item listing. A Landscapers Direct representative may contact you after purchase to coordinate delivery details and scheduling. Freight shipments require a signature and someone present to receive the delivery.
PACKING & HANDLING
We take care to ensure your equipment and parts arrive safely. Small parts ship in appropriate packaging with protective materials. Equipment ships palletized, crated, or secured according to manufacturer specifications. Items are inspected before shipping to verify completeness and condition.
